This 10 minute student documentary is about the changing face of independent cinemas in the city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The film opens by looking at the Carbon Arc Cinema, Halifax's only independent cinema. It then looks at various notable cinemas throughout Halifax's history, including Wormwood's Dog and Monkey Cinema, the Oxford Theatre, and others.
